This position's responsibility is to insure the
timely, efficient and effective activities related to
organization core goals while insuring success of the
organization’s mission. These activities may
include recruiting volunteers, interviewing case
applications, interviewing parents, matching youth to
mentors, monitoring the progress of any relationship
and/or taking any required steps at any time to not only
insure legal and organizational compliance of the
relationship but to enhance the experiences and
durations of all relationships. The Case Manager
reports directly to the Team Resource.
$13.50 an hour. Roughly 4 hours every weeknight
starting at 3pm.
Case
Manager’s responsibilities (Required duties may be any or
all of the responsibilities)
1.
Create, match and support cases where each
individual youth has an appropriate mentor that has been
screened and trained to provide the youth with positive
experiences
2.
Follow-up with both youth and mentor when
relationship has been terminated to determine
effectiveness and improvements needed to better
administer programs in the future
3.
Always document and follow all legal and
organizational requirements
4.
Always represent the organization in a positive
light, reinforcing the organization’s mission
5.
Perform duties in a manner showing both
commitment to the organization’s mission and working
with all other team members of the
organization
6.
Constant review of opportunities to improve own
skills and talents
7.
Other duties as assigned by Team

Bachelor’s degree
